Constitutional Mandate

The role is described as follows in the BF Constitution:

The Bravo Fleet Commanding Officer (also Bravo Fleet Commander-in-Chief; "BFCO") shall be the chief executive of Bravo Fleet and shall serve as chair of the BFA and shall not occupy any other BFA-level position except on an acting or emergency basis until a qualified person for the position can be found. (Constitution III.7.1)
